Report content and block users

You can do this in the app. The author is never told who reported or blocked them.

1. Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on a post or comment.
2. Choose "Report this post" or "Report this comment", then pick the reason that fits best: reveals someone else's personal information; harassment, abuse, or bullying; sexual content or 18+; illegal; spam or a scam; self-harm content.
3. Tap "Submit report".

• Block: choose "Block this author" from the same menu. You will no longer see that author's posts or comments.
• Hide a post: choose "Hide this post from my feed". It is hidden from your own feed only.
• The full rules are in Terms of Use sections 4 and 5.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and data yourself in the app, without contacting us.

1. Open the app and go to the "Settings" tab.
2. Choose "Permanently delete this account" (it is on the Settings screen itself, and also on the "Safety and account" screen under "บัญชีและข้อมูล · DATA").
3. Read the confirmation, then tap "Permanently delete account".

Deletion cannot be undone. What is deleted, and what may remain temporarily, is explained in Privacy Policy section 7.

If you no longer have the app (for example you changed phones), send your deletion request to [email protected]. Because we do not know your real name, we may ask you to prove you own the account. See Privacy Policy section 9.

If you are in distress
